The Republique of France have held a special place in my heart since I first saw their flying battleships. Now they have had their new models shipped to locations across the world and ill be picking up my starter fleet next week. One thing bothered me, will the French get a dreadnought or will they rely on their tricky flying pocket battleships and air supremacy? Reading the rules of Dystopian Wars it has become fairly clear to me that this is a slug fest game and trickery is probably not going to be enough. Enter the Charlemagne Class:
The best way to describe it is 'freakishly large', while I am not quite certain if I will get one for my fleet or not - I can at least say that Spartan Games is doing their best to get out models for new factions as quickly as possible. How long did we wait for Thunder Wolves again....

Transmissions From Mars: Wherein Mars Joins a Kult.
So I was working on Bad Moonz when last I posted. Since then, I have decided that I don't want to do that anymore. I wasn't unhappy with the way they were turning out. They just weren't getting me all reved up. I need some severe reving, because there is a lot of army to paint. So in the spirit of reving, the reving of engines has served as an orkish, siren's call.

Fenrisian Wolves Review
Yesterday after throwing down at the local game store I checked out the new releases for everyone's favorite army, my wolves. While I have no intention of running Thunder Wolves, I have been running a Lone Wolf with two Fenrisian Wolves lately with great success - so I decided to grab a box. Upon getting it home I unpacked the set and found the following sprues:
The first thing you will notice it these things are HUGE (more on that later) and they are each placed into their own area's on the sprues. Each part of the wolves is labeled from 1 to 5 for wolf identification, and A to B for the bodies, C and D for the heads. Here is the left side of wolf 5:
